Sanderson named Community Association Representative for Elias Brothers Group Contracting Division
Florida since the 1980’s, has named Jeff Sanderson Community Association Representative.
In this position, Sanderson is responsible for developing opportunities in the Lee County territory for the painting and restoration group. He brings with him over 11 years of experience in the paint and waterproofing industry.
Prior to joining Elias Brothers Group, Sanderson was a Community Association
Representative for the Sherwin-Williams Company. Throughout his career, he
has received multiple awards for his sales accomplishments. He resides in Fort
Myers.

Fitzpatrick named Sales Representative/Lee County for Elias Brothers Group Contracting Division
Naples, FL (Jun. 23, 2009) – Elias Brothers Group Contracting Division, one of the premier providers of waterproofing and restoration services in Southwest Florida since the 1980’s, has named Shawna Fitzpatrick of Cape Coral Sales Representative for the Lee County area.
Fitzpatrick has been in the painting industry for over six years. Her experience has been in the manufacturing side of the painting industry, spending the last four and a half years as an outside sales representative for First Service Painting. She brings with her demonstrated strengths in customer retention, business development, and estimating and technical support.
Fitzpatrick’s responsibilities include customer satisfaction, assisting property management companies and property owners, project evaluations, proposal submittals. She is a member of the Fort Myers Condominium Owners, Managers, & Associates Networking Club, Inc. (COMA).

Dudash named VP of Restoration and Waterproofing for Elias Brothers Group Contracting Division
Naples, FL (Jun. 11, 2009) – Elias Brothers Group Contracting Division, one of the premier providers of waterproofing and restoration services in Southwest Florida since the 1980’s, has named Victor Dudash the VP of Restoration and Waterproofing.
The Cape Coral resident brings over 2 decades of experience in the industry in management and quality control. He specializes in remedial restoration, including estimating of all projects concerning waterproofing, deck coatings, concrete restoration, window and door removal and replacement, railing removal and installation, and painting. His experience is extensive in the manufacturing process for cements along with fabricated steel and construction materials. He attended Southeast Missouri State University majoring in Business Management.
In his new position, Dudash will oversee all aspects of projects, defining the project’s objectives and maintaining quality control throughout its’ duration.
Most recently, before joining Elias Brothers Group Contracting Division, Dudash was the Regional Representative for RL James, Inc., of Ft. Myers, FL, a company focused on remedial restoration.
